Andrea J. Ayers served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Convergys Corporation (now Concentrix Corporation) from November 2012 through October 2018, and a director of Convergys from October 2012 through October 2018. From 2008 through 2012, Ms. Ayers served as President of Convergys Customer Management Group, Inc. and from 2010 to 2012, she also served as Chief Operating Officer of Convergys Customer Management Group, Inc.

Ms. Ayers has served on the board of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since 2014 and as Chair of the Board since April 2022. Ms. Ayers also served on the board of directors of Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. from 2019 until it was acquired in 2021.

Ms. Ayers received a bachelor’s degree in management and administration from Louisiana State University, Shreveport.
