He brings extensive expertise in oversight of strategic, operational and financial matters for large global enterprises. As an independent director at BlackRock and Halliburton, Mr. Gerber offers valuable insights into leading corporate governance and business impact practices, strengthening the Board’s oversight of long-term growth strategy.
