Mr. Faraci’s extensive contribitions on public company boards, including service on boards of Fortune 50 companies, further strengthens our Board’s ability to provide strategic guidance and effective risk management.

Key Director Skills

• Mr. Faraci has acquired extensive business transformation experience by leading International Paper to become a global leader in packaging and paper. Under his leadership, the company divested more than a dozen businesses, while investing in new projects that repositioned the company for future growth.
• He also brings valuable experience advising on strategic transactions and growth opportunities, having successfully guided Carrier Global through its first year as a public independent company following its spin-off from United Technologies.
• Through his leadership in managing several transformation and global expansion efforts, Mr. Faraci has gained experience managing labor relations and successfully integrating teams as a critical part of positioning companies for long-term growth.
