U. S. Steel Recognized as a World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business

PITTSBURGH (July 29, 2026) – U. S. Steel announced today that it has been recognized as a World’s Top Disability Inclusive Business based on its high proficiency score on the Disability Index®, the leading global benchmarking tool for evaluating an organization’s disability inclusive practices, policies, and programs. This notable and repeated distinction publicly acknowledges the company’s corporate-wide commitment to valuing every voice and shaping a culture of belonging.
This is the company’s 6th consecutive commendation for building workplace environments where all people can thrive. These efforts begin with leadership, but they cascade across facilities thanks to the teamwork and respect demonstrated by employees and the impactful ways ERG members cultivate inclusivity.
