DUQUESNE, Pa., October 8, 2026 – U. S. Steel will host a large-scale General Laborer hiring event on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 8:00a.m. until 1:00p.m. at 1 South Linden Street in Duquesne, with the goal of filling up to 100 open positions across its three Mon Valley facilities. In an effort to accelerate the hiring process, qualified candidates will have the opportunity to learn more about careers at U. S. Steel, meet directly with hiring managers, sit for an interview, and potentially receive a same-day job offer.
