As the leader of maintenance at the plant’s QBOP and #2 Caster, every day brings new challenges, and he views every challenge as a chance to come out on top by solving problems most people would walk away from. For Drew, the energy that comes from working at “the big mill” creates a sense of pride that is second to none and drives him and his team to excel every day.
