Kevin Lewis has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Tubular Solutions

Scot Duncan has been appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

PITTSBURGH, June 24, 2025 – U. S. Steel today announced changes to its senior leadership team, as Jessica Graziano, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Duane Holloway, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, will be departing the company in the coming weeks.

Jessica Graziano, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will stay on as a Special Advisor through July 18, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition. During her nearly three years at U. S. Steel, Graziano steered the strategic alternatives review process and provided leadership regarding all components of the Nippon Steel partnership, focusing on its financial and strategic aspects, and leading critical interactions with stakeholders. “Jess has been an invaluable, inspiring leader who brings enthusiasm, warmth and authenticity to every interaction she has across the organization,” said U. S. Steel’s CEO Dave Burritt. “I’m grateful for her leadership, expertise and dedication.”

Duane Holloway, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, will stay on as a Special Advisor through July 18, 2025. During his seven years at the Company, he oversaw U. S. Steel being named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies® for four consecutive years and the U. S. Steel Board earning the 2023 NACD Three Rivers Chapter Public Board of the Year Award. He helped guide the Company through the Big River acquisition, as well numerous challenging regulatory, stockholder activist, and litigation matters. In addition, Holloway led the charge on all the legal, regulatory and government affairs aspects related to the partnership with Nippon Steel. “Duane has been a great confidante, strategic counselor, and savvy leader. I appreciate his many contributions, and I am pleased that he has agreed to stay on as a Special Advisor,” Burritt commented.

Kevin Lewis has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Tubular Solutions, effective immediately. Lewis joined U. S. Steel 17 years ago, holding key positions across Finance, Strategy, Investor Relations, and FP&A. “Kevin played a vital role in finalizing our partnership with Nippon Steel; he was our day-to-day quarterback and a key advisor to both to me and the business,” said U. S. Steel’s CEO Dave Burritt.

Scot Duncan has been appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, effective immediately. For a decade, Duncan has worked collaboratively across the organization to provide counsel on commercial, corporate, and transactional matters. Burritt noted, “Scot has been working hand-in-hand with Duane throughout the last several years as the day-to-day lead for the legal team. His contributions were essential to completing our partnership with Nippon Steel.”
