Non-grain oriented (NGO) steel revolutionized the landscape for electric vehicles (EV) and generators. Big River Steel pioneered the development of wide, ultra-thin, and lightweight electrical steel, precisely meeting consumer demands through an electric arc furnace fueled by recycled scrap materials. Our non-grain oriented steels boosted power generation and efficiency, playing a vital role in meeting the ever-growing demands for global electrification.
