Biography

Mr. Inada began his career at Nippon Steel Corporation in 1990, building deep expertise in steelmaking operations at the company’s Yawata Works. Over the following decades, Mr. Inada advanced through a series of leadership roles in production and technical control, culminating in his service as General Manager and Head of Division at both Yawata Works and Kansai Works.

In 2022, he was appointed Director & Vice President – Technology at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Limited (AM/NS India), where he oversaw technology strategy and production excellence for one of the world’s leading integrated steel producers. In 2024, he was appointed Executive Officer of Nippon Steel Corporation and has been working for U. S. Steel from then.

Mr. Inada holds a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Tokyo.
