Pickled Non-Temper Rolled

Hot Rolled Pickled Non-Temper Rolled Sheet is typically manufactured to a specific nominal thickness but it may also be ordered to minimum thickness. In either case, this sheet product is a mill edge coil that is pickled only and sold on an actual weight basis.

This product is supplied as a mill edge coil that has been pickled, oiled and cropped back to gauge without having been temper rolled. Options are available for the purchaser to specify this product as dry and/or with side trimmed edges. This product is intended for applications that require a clean, uniform surface, good ductility and/or those where flatness is not critical.

Further processing beyond the hot strip mill, continuous pickling line and temper mill, which are illustrated, may be required to meet specific product needs.
