**Tolerances for high strength steel with specified minimum yield strength
in excess of 50 ksi are subject to negotiation.
For the paint film, there are distinct requirements for attributes such as
paint film thickness, paint hardness, primer thickness, paint gloss, etc.
These are usually defined by mutual agreement among the customer, the
paint company and, where applicable, the coil coater.
