U. S. Steel Tubular Products, Inc.’s Tubular Processing Services Division is a leading provider of high-quality customized oil country tubular processing services, specializing in small diameter pipe.
Capabilities include:
- Upsetting (1.900” – 3-1/2” OD) EUE & Extended Upsets, CS and IJ Upsets
- Quenching and Tempering (Gas-fired and Induction) tubing and coupling stock through 3.668” to Grades L80, N80 &
P110
- Full Body Normalize – tubing sizes up to 3-1/2” and 4-1/2” Range 2 casing
- Non-Destructive Test Line – SEA Active Field for transverse/longitudinal wet magnetic particle inspection, as well as high-speed EMI and UT Weld Line inspection
- Hydrotesting – 1.900” to 3-1/2” OD up to 15,000 psi
- PMC Threadline – 1.900” to 5-1/2” OD Range 2
- CNC Threadline – 1.900” to 5-1/2” OD Range 3
