Springback and Sidewall Curl


The lab has the capability to measure springback using different tests.  Any lab springback tools between 28 inches by 30 inches can be fitted into a lab formability press.  For example, a channel draw tool with uneven flange heights and different side walls was used to measure the spring back for different materials and different die gaps.
